Meet at Hartham Common in front of the Tennis Courts at 5.45pm – 6.45pm.
Julia is a qualified Leader in Running Fitness and this session mixes cardio with toning tums, bums, arms for ladies only and incudes a core workout for you to achieve the best possible results.
